Chris Stone is an arrogant movie star with a bad attitude. When he's busted for speeding in a small southern town, the local judge sentences him to spend a week at a wholesome festival celebrating The Andy Griffith Show. Immersed in a modern-day Mayberry surrounded by overly friendly superfans dressed as characters from the classic TV show, he's given a chance to discover the true meaning of friendship and family.
